Company Information <br />SFM Services, Inc. is a corporation registered in the state of Florida and headquartered at 9700 <br />NW 79th Ave. Hialeah Gardens, Fl. 33016. In 2005 SFM decided to make a name change due to <br />work performed outside of the state of Florida, ownership remains the same. SFM was <br />incorporated on January 9th, 1987. <br />SFM is headquartered in Miami -Dade County and also owns a 42 -acre tree farm in the City of <br />Homestead. The contact person regarding this RFP is Christian Infante, Vice President. He can be <br />contacted at 305.818.2424 ext. 17. SFM's website is ,vww.sfmservices.com and you can also view <br />our video on youtube by searching for SFM Landscape Services. <br />SFM does not have any outstanding litigation that would threaten the viability of the firm or the <br />performance of the contract. <br />Enclosed please find proof of insurance. <br />SFM is currently providing landscape maintenance services to the City of Sunny Isles. Therefore <br />there would not be a typical contract transition. <br />SFM has the financial stability to perform the services requested in this RFP. SFM also has a line <br />of credit with Wells Fargo Bank. Financial statements can be provided upon request by the City. <br />SFM is currently providing landscape maintenance services similar to the scope of work in this <br />RFP for the following entities: <br />✓ City of Coral Gables <br />✓ City of Sunny Isles <br />✓ City of Doral <br />✓ City of Miami Beach <br />✓ City of Miramar <br />✓ Homestead -Miami Speedway <br />SFM's president Jose Infante and vice president Christian Infante are both ISA (International <br />Society of Arboriculture) Certified Arborists. Jose Infante is also a licensed commercial pesticide <br />applicator and a FNGLA Certified Landscape Maintenance Technician.
