4 Site Based - Assigned to the property on a full -time basis as "staff <br />gardeners' for property specific needs. <br />Detail Crew - Will perform daily weeding and pruning rotations <br />throughout property planter beds. <br />- Will apply weed control products in all planter beds <br />and pavement joints. <br />- Crew Supervisor will lead site -based employees <br />through assuring proper pruning and weeding practices <br />- Will perform litter removal operations on a daily basis. <br />6 <br />Landscape <br />- Will perform contract specified applications of mulch <br />Installation <br />material in planter beds. <br />- Will haul mulch on property in large dump trucks and <br />Crew <br />operate front -end loading equipment to assure quick <br />and professional application of mulch needed. <br />- Will perform installation of contractual seasonal color <br />installation rotations. <br />- Will perform installations of approved landscape <br />material replacements and enhancements. <br />1 <br />Water Truck <br />- Will assure proper operation of company -owned <br />Operator <br />2,000 gallon watering truck and portable pumping <br />system. <br />3 <br />Arbor Care <br />- Under the direction of a staff Certified Arborist, will <br />Crew <br />perform all selective and structural pruning practices <br />on all varieties of trees on property. <br />- Will perform all skilled climbing operations and will <br />operate high - powered chippers and bucket trucks. <br />2 <br />Irrigation <br />- Under the direction of a Licensed Irrigation <br />Repair <br />Contractor, will perform comprehensive irrigation <br />maintenance inspections according to contract <br />Technicians <br />frequency. <br />- Will generate detailed reports outlining inspection <br />results and necessary irrigation repairs. <br />- Will assure proper irrigation controller settings to <br />comply with municipal watering restrictions. <br />- Will perform repair of all irrigation deficiencies. <br />- Will be on call for emergency service calls on a 24- <br />hour per day, 7- day per week availability basis. <br />4 <br />Enhancement <br />- Will perform all unscheduled property enhancements <br />Crew <br />and repairs. <br />- Will operate all equipment necessary to perform <br />property enhancement and repairs. <br />
