This proposal is a culmination of a comprehensive cost evaluation to the city of Sunny 'isles for the design, construction, and installation of shade /canopy structures described in this proposal, The implemented study and subsequent proposal includes an extensive site examina :ion of similar shade/canopy structures in the area and analysis of Heritage Park and Golden Shores Park historical site cla :a. To the greatest extent feasible, we have attempted to respond to the city's desire for a competitive proposal for the shade /canopy structures described herein. Our proposal and implementation of this project encompasses all compulsory dGCUmen :a :ion, property surveys and plans, acquiring all permits required by the City and County agencies, and any additional information necessary for the successful design, construction, and ins :allation of shade /canopys.ructures described inthisproposal. The implementation and comple :ion of this prcjec: is proposed at S381,500 for the design, construction, and installation of shade/cancpy structures solicited by the city and proposed for both sites described herein.
