Dennis started his career as a laborer for his father at Dara Construction. After several <br />years working for his father, Dennis moved to H Angelo & Company. To further his career, <br />Dennis started school at Miami Dade in 1986. It was during this time the he left H Angelo <br />& Company to join the newly formed H.A. Contracting Corp. Dennis quickly moved up the <br />ranks at H.A. Contracting Corp. A. 22 years <br />Selected Project Experience <br />In the past 22 years, Dennis has completed over 500 projects for H.A. Contracting Corp. <br />His project experience covers every aspect of construction. One of his most notable projects <br />was the Miami Edison Senior High Renovations. Miami Edison Received and "F" rating and <br />underwent a massive undertaking mandated by the superintendent. This included the "fast - <br />track" renovations to the facility successfully completed by Dennis. Additional noteworthy <br />projects include; the new construction of Sun Bank Hammocks Branch and Holy Family <br />Episcopal Church, Calcium Carbonate Booster Station, New Western Well -field, GW Carver <br />Window Replacement, and various projects at Miami Dade College. When H.A. Contract- <br />ing Corp was awarded the first Miami Dade County Public Schools contract in 1994, Dennis <br />was assigned as project manager for the contract. Over the last 15 years, Dennis has acted as <br />project manager for 20 Job Order Contracts between Miami Dade County Public Schools, <br />the City of Miami and the City of Miami Beach. The value of construction performed under <br />these Job Order Contracts totals over $50,000,000.00. <br />
