<br />firm's licensed competencies in General Construction CGC 070703, Architecture
<br />AA 26001486, Electrical EC 13004193 and Underground Utility Contracting CUC
<br />056875.
<br />H.A. Contracting Corp. is a fully licensed, insured and bonded construction firm.
<br />Established in 1983, H.A. Contracting Corp. has successfully completed over 2000
<br />construction projects in South Florida without ever being assessed liquidated dam-
<br />ages, without ever having a claim against our bond, without ever having an OSHA
<br />citation and without ever failing to complete a project. Operating out of the main
<br />office in Doral, FL, as well as our Broward and Palm Beach Offices, H.A. Con-
<br />tracting Corp. services all areas of South Florida. H.A. Contracting Corp. recently
<br />opened new offices in Atlanta, GA to expand our area of service. We are state
<br />licensed General Contractors, Underground Utility Contractors, Electrical Contrac-
<br />tors and Architectural Firm.
<br />We are pre - qualified for work with the following agencies:
<br />Florida Department of General Services, United States Postal Service, Palm Beach
<br />County, Broward County, School District of Palm Beach, Miami Dade County,
<br />Miami Dade Water & Sewer Department, Department of Environmental Protection,
<br />City of Miami Beach, City of Miami, Miami Dade College and More.
<br />At H.A. Contracting Corp., we are familiar with a wide variety of construction ser-
<br />vices. Our H.A. Contracting Team is capable of, but not limited to, performing the
<br />following services; Design Build, Construction Management, Construction Man-
<br />agement at Risk, Competitive Bid, Job Order Contracting, Pre Construction Con-
<br />sulting, Site Development Analysis, Construction Consulting, Advanced Schedul-
<br />ing and Project Management.
<br />Along with our management capabilities, H.A. Contracting Corp. also can perform
<br />a large portion of our projects in house. Some of the areas of work we are capable
<br />of performing are Painting, Waterproofing, Formwork, Site Work, Cast -in -Place
<br />Concrete, Rebar Placement, Masonry, Doors Installation, Window Installation,
<br />Framing, Flooring and Utilities. Based on the project scope, size, and current
<br />workload of HACC, any of these items may be self performed by our firm.
