J. Behar & Company, Inc. (RJ Behar) is most pleased to submit five (5) sets, one (1) original and four (4) copies of completed packages for this Request for Qualifications to provide Traffic Engineering Services for the City of Sunny Isles Beach. We are confident that we can provide you with the quality professional services you need for successful completion of this contract. RJ Behar was founded in 1999 to provide consulting services to public and private clients throughout South Florida. Our firm has grown during that period of time to 46 employees. Our steady growth has been based on providing quality services with a client service- oriented approach. In this short time, we have secured continuing service contracts with the following municipalities: the Cities of Miami, Hialeah, Fort Lauderdale, Coral Springs, Sunrise, Miramar, Lauderdale Lakes, Lauderhill, Town of Southwest Ranches, and the Town of Davie. RJ Behar also has continuing services contracts with Miami -Dade County, Broward County, Martin County and Palm Beach County, Central Broward Water Control District (CBWCD), Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), and South Florida Water Management District (SFWMD). Mr. Rodriguez has over 24 years of engineering experience, including significant experience in urban and rural roadway design of municipal projects. He has managed numerous civil engineering projects throughout South Florida. His pro- active management style is geared towards providing the municipalities a cost - efficient, on- schedule and successful project. There is no learning curve for us and we pledge to give the City of Sunny Isles Beach our undivided attention. MR. ROBERT J. BEHAR, PE, Principal -In- Charge, has over 35 years of civil engineering experience. He has also been involved in a plethora of municipal design projects. Mr. Behar specializes in roadway geometrics and traffic operations.
