Florida Transportation Engineering, Inc. (FTE) is a DBE & MBE corporation founded in 1989. FTE's core services
<br />are in the areas of traffic engineering, transportation planning roadway design, and data collection. FTE has
<br />developed into a full service civil engineering firm offering services in transit, systems planning, and construction
<br />engineering inspection (CEI). The firm has grown to a staff of 35 professionals including management, technical
<br />and support personnel with locations in Punta Gorda, Miami, and Tampa.

<br />Over the years, FTE has developed a large client and partner base. Our staff's experience with different clients,
<br />consultants, and a variety of projects gives us the advantage of a broader view of projects and how they relate
<br />l_ to other factors. Indeed, our staff has also developed a very good working relationship with client project
<br />managers and other consultant staff. Our experience allows us to work closely with clients and partners to
<br />produce the results expected.
<br />Our extensive experience and understanding of projects with a similar scope and nature will enable the staff to
<br />be responsive, perform tasks properly, and to provide quality data and documents within very short time
<br />frames for the following disciplines: Civil Engineering, Engineering, Transportation Planning, Technical Analysis
<br />Engineering, Transportation Design, Traffic Engineering, Geographical Information, Systems, CADD, Mapping,
<br />Cost Engineering and Estimates, and Engineering Studies.
<br />FTE does not have any outstanding litigation that would threaten the viability of the firm or the performance of
<br />this contract. Currently, FTE is not part of a contract with the City of Sunny Isles Beach or developers within the
<br />city which allows the company to provide services without a possible conflict of interests. Furthermore, FTE will
<br />be available to implement services immediately after receiving authorization to commence.
