<br />and inspection services for the City of Miami; and Master Consultant services to Miami-Dade
<br />County DERM, including the management of over 490 roadway and drainage improvement
<br />projects throughout the County.

<br />SRS Engineering is also an FDOT pre-qualified firm and familiar with FDOT LAP (ARRA)
<br />requirements. In accordance with LAP guidelines, we have recently completed the design of
<br />the W. 53rd Street Roadway Improvement Projects for the City of Hialeah. In addition, SRS is
<br />currently providing CEI services for several new LAP projects for the City of Hialeah and Coral
<br />Gables, including W. 4th Avenue, Ponce de Leon Boulevard, and the 1-75 Ramp/NW 138th
<br />Street project.

<br />Our Team will be led by Mr. Ignacio Serralta, P.E., who will serve as Principal-in-Charge. Mr.
<br />Serralta has over twenty-five years of experience in civil engineering planning, design, and
<br />management for a wide range of public works, site development, and infrastructure projects.
<br />Mr. Serralta will be personally overseeing the management of this contract and coordinating
<br />between the City and the SRS Team.

<br />Our Senior Project Manager will be Mr. Oliverio Sanchez, P.E. Mr. Sanchez has over thirty-
<br />three years of experience in project 'management and engineering design for both public and
<br />private sectors. He has extensive experience in land development and site planning, water and
<br />sewer systems, municipal engineering, storm water management and drainage engineering,
<br />roadway engineering, construction management, field supervision, and quality control. Mr.
<br />Sanchez is very knowledgeable of local design standards and regulations and is very familiar
<br />with local plans processing and permit requirements.

<br />Our Design Project Manager will be Mr. Jean-Claude Fontaneau, who has over fifteen years of
<br />experience in civil engineering design. He has been responsible for the planning and design of a
<br />variety of municipal and site development projects. Mr. Fontaneau is primarily responsible for
<br />the engineering design and preparation of plans and specifications including the design of pump
<br />stations, water and sanitary sewer pipelines, site development projects, roadway improvements,
<br />and storm drainage systems. Mr. Fontaneau was the project manager in charge of the design
<br />of several municipal projects including the approximately 26 miles of roadway and drainage
<br />improvement projects for the City of Hialeah, Miller Road Widening and several municipal site
<br />improvement projects including parks, marinas and community centers.

<br />Our Senior Structural Engineer, Ms. Gisela Rey, P.E., has over twenty-five years experience in
<br />the structural design of marine and civil structures including cruise terminals, docks, piers,
<br />seawalls, bollards, canal stabilization and breakwaters. Her responsibilities include structural
<br />design as well as the preparation of construction documents. Her most recent project
<br />experience includes the Miami Circle Seawall Replacement project, the Onyx Seawall
<br />Replacement project, and Berth 24, 28 and 29 at Port Everglades.
