APCTE
is technically certified and licensed to perform business in the State of Florida as shown under Corporate Licenses and
Certifications Section, including the State Certification and Professional Engineering Licenses.

Indication of how long it will take to Provide the Services Requested:
APCTE's staff prides itself in providing exceptional engineering service, and is prepared and excited at the opportunity
to do so for the City of Sunny Isles Beach on this contract. Due to our recent staffing additions, our staffing level
relative to our workload is high. We are certain that APCTE has the ability to provide the type, quality, and quantity of
services requested on this RFQ, and can respond to the City's needs on these roadway and drainage improvement
projects. We pride ourselves in our ability to provide the highest quality set of construction documents in the best
interests of the City, and in the shortest turnaround time possible. In fact, as per our proposed Schedule shown in
Section 2.3 of this Technical Proposal, we anticipate that we will be able to have a complete set of roadway and
drainage plans ready for construction and permitted by all regulatory agencies with jurisdiction over the project, along
with technical specifications and a drainage report within nine (9) months. APCTE's Water Resources Department has
completed several roadway and drainage improvement projects similar to this one; the Department is lead by Mr.
Arnelio Alfonso, P.E. who has over twenty-five (25) years of experience working in the Hydraulics Engineering Field
preparing Hydrology Studies, designing Pump Stations and Stormwater Management Systems among other tasks. Mr.
Alfonso, P.E. will serve as Project Manager for this contract.

\
J

A&P CONSULTING TRANSPORTATION ENGINEERS, CORP.

2
