<br />The City of Sunny Isles Beach is an exceptional place to live, with a wide variety of housing options, a full array of outdoor
<br />recreational activities and beautiful water features, and many cultural and entertainment options to enjoy.
<br />
<br />Keith & Schnars (K&S) has had the pleasure of providing many Municipal entities with our professional services since the
<br />1990s and we would be honored to assist the City on this project. We therefore appreciate this opportunity to submit
<br />our qualifications for Civil Engineering Services to Design Street and Drainage Improvements. Pursuant to the
<br />City's requirements, we have not colluded with any other person or entity submitting a proposal for this contract.
<br />
<br />The K&S team will be comprised of over 100 K&S professionals and our strategic teaming partners: K.M. Engineering
<br />Consultants (KMEC) (Civil Design support), C.H. Perez & Associates (Drainage Design support) and Nutting Engineers
<br />of Florida (Geotechnical Engineering). Each of our subconsultants brings extensive Sunny Isles Beach experience and will
<br />allow us to meet and exceed the City's goal for the contract.
<br />
<br />As a multidisciplinary team, with expertise in surveying,civil,drainage,geotechnical, permitting,and construction management,
<br />we can provide the City with the necessary services and work with City Staff to facilitate federal, state, and local regulatory
<br />agency interactions/approvals/permits.
<br />
<br />As the Principal-in-Charge, I will actively oversee the project and take responsibility for its successful completion. Our
<br />Project Manager, Tim Hall, P.E., will join with me to ensure effective client communication and timely, efficient project
<br />implementation.
<br />
