T&M conducted a comprehensive review and documentation of existing conditions for <br />the delivety operations of current UN mail, packages and bulk delivety operations. Thereafter, the Team <br />analyzed the current state of manual and senll-automated materials handling methods and systems in terms of <br />security, efficiency and space utilization. Additionally, T&M determined appropriate methods and systems for <br />screening oversized loads, established processing methods and protocols and established methods for <br />containerization, packaging and secure transport, all willie ensuring adherence to UN Security Standards. <br />Major deliverables included comprehensive reports on an Existing Conditions Assessment, the Development <br />of Project Goals, Off-Site Facility Description, On-Site Facility Description and Estimated Costs and Cost <br />Trade-Off Studies <br /> <br />) <br /> <br />) <br /> <br />, \ ) <br /> <br />) <br /> <br />) <br /> <br />) <br /> <br />) <br /> <br />-") <br /> <br />Hudson Yards Development Corporation - New York, NY <br />This project involved a comprehensive counter-terrorism security analysis for a significant area scheduled for <br />major re-development over an extended period of time. This major project included an Area <br />Characterization Study documenting current and future conditions including threat analysis; <br />recommendations for threat deterrence, mitigation and recovety; creation of the area Master Security Plan for <br />both above grade and below grade infrastructure to include rail transportation lines, stations and major <br />terminals. T&M served as the prime contractor of services for this effort. <br /> <br />The Museum of Modern Art - New York, NY <br />T &M was selected to conduct an Emergency Preparedness Assessment of the Museum of Modern Art.
