FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH AND SNACK TEWE LLC FOR CONCESSIONAIRE SERVICES CONTRACT NO. C1112 -016 This First Amendment to the Agreement between the City of Sunny Isles Beach and Snack Time LLC executed this _ day of 2012, is made a part of the original Agreement between the Parties April 21, 2011 attached hereto as Attachment "A" ("Agreement") and incorporated herein, between the City dated Sunny Isles Beach ( "City") and Snack Time LLC., ("Contractor") a business corporation licensed in the State of Florida, whose Federal Identification # is . The City and Contractor hereb y agree as follows: I- ADDITIONAL SERVICES TO BE PERFORMED The scope of services, as set forth in Section 2 of the Agreement, is hereby amended to include concessionaire services at Pelican Community Park. 2. ADDITIONAL PAYMENTS TO THE CITY: The payments to the City, as set forth in Section 3 of the Agreement, is hereby amended to include an additional flat rate payment of One Hundred Fifty Dollars ($150.00) per month for the concessionaire services at Pelican Community Park, up to April 21, 2013. Contractor's payments to the City for concessionaire services at Pelican Community Park shall be renegotiated by the City Manager or his designee upon notice by the City of its option to renew. 3.
