<br />RESOLUTION NO. 2012- I ~51 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, APPROVING THE <br />REQUEST SUBMITTED BY REGALIA TO PLACE A MURAL ON <br />THEIR CONSTRUCTION FENCE LOCATED AT 19505 COLLINS <br />A VENUE; AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO DO ALL <br />THINGS NECESSARY TO EFFECTUATE THIS RESOLUTION; <br />PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Regalia, located at 19505 Collins Avenue, submitted an application to the <br />City of Sunny Isles Beach, Florida requesting to place a mural on their construction fence; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Commission wishes to approve the request to place a mural on the <br />Regalia construction fence. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Approval. Pursuant to Section 218-1 of the Code of Sunny Isles Beach, the City <br />Commission hereby approves the request submitted by the Applicant, subject to the conditions <br />imposed by the City Manager or designee. <br /> <br />Section 2. Authorization of City Manager. The City Manager is hereby authorized to do all <br />things necessary to effectuate this Resolution. <br /> <br />Section 3. Conditions. The Applicant is required to comply with certain conditions required <br />by the City Manager or designee prior to installment of mural. <br /> <br />Section 4. <br /> <br />Effective Date.
