Pursuant to Section 265-35(0)(8) of the City of Sunny Isles Beach Land Development <br />Regulations, the Applicant is requesting a waiver of the required beach access easement <br />for property adjacent to parks. <br /> <br />4. Pursuant to Section 265-15 of the City of Sunny Isles Beach Land Development <br />Regulations, the Applicant is requesting a variance of Section 265-35.0(6) to permit a <br />building width of 73% of the width of the property (73 feet), where a maximum of 60% is <br />allowed. <br /> <br />5. Pursuant to Section 265-15 of the City of Sunny Isles Beach Land Development <br />Regulations, the Applicant is requesting a variance of Section 265-35.0(4) to permit 3 <br />feet to 5 feet setback for the garage where 20 feet setback is required. (*) <br /> <br />6. Pursuant to Section 265-15 of the City of Sunny Isles Beach Land Development <br />Regulations, the Applicant is requesting a variance of Section 265-35.0(4) to permit 2 <br />feet and 1 inch setback for the south garage and tower side setback, where there is a 5'- <br />0" side setback requirement.(*) <br /> <br />7. Pursuant to Section 265-63.3 (G) of the City of Sunny Isles Beach Land Development <br />Regulations, the Applicant is requesting the use of graphics and murals on temporary <br />construction fencing. <br /> <br />(*) Plans amended to reflect changes. <br /> <br />IV.
