No. Z2012 -03 <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />The request is consistent with the Land Development Regulations and the <br />Comprehensive Plan. At this time, City Staff has no objection to the Applicant's request. <br />REASONS: <br />The Applicant is requesting a modification of the approved site plan to include an <br />increase of tandem parking and a variance to encroach into the tower side setbacks by 3 <br />feet 6 inches with bay windows. With respect to the tower setback variance request, the <br />physical location of the balconies has not changed from the approved site plan. However, <br />a setback issue arises under the City Code due to the enclosure of balconies.
