The marina currently has one (1) open, 3 -level boat <br />rack. This rack was approved by building permit on October 5, 2011. The City, at this time, now finds <br />a site plan review necessary for this site. Prior to the installation of the first <br />boat rack the City requested landscaping surrounding the use.
