Logistics of the event such as load in and out time <br /> <br />As previously noted, we will upon notification of award and event coordinate with the City and schedule a <br />walk-through of the site, if desired by the City and needed, to discuss and plan the set-up of all tents, <br />equipment and staffing, as well as, the logistics of load in and out time. We will include to any coordination <br />meeting and discussions a representative from our logistics department to ensure complete success. <br /> <br />.
