Classic Caterers cUlTently distributes in excess of 3,500 meals daily to its numerous schools. The most recent contract obtained by ILS Group, LLC d/b/a Classic Caterers is the Miami-Dade County Head Start Program which was awarded in 2009, and the selection by the City of Miami Gardens for Catering Services City-wide. We exceed the requirements of this RFP due to our extensive experience in the catering of events, both for the private and public sectors, to include company barbecues and picnics. This experience allows us to be able to perform all aspects of the work, from set-up to clean-up, in an efficient and effective manner.
