He introduced Jules Trump,
one of the principles of Acqualina, who thanked the Commission and noted that today they
have $213 Million in sales, they have sold out more than half of the building and this is all
before their Sales Trailer even opens which will be on Saturday, March 24, 20]2. They are now asking to amend their site plan to
bring in 100% tandem parking.

Commissioner Scholl asked where the balcony lines up to the Acqualina, and Mr. Trump said
it is looking into the back of the kitchen. Vice Mayor Thaler asked how many bay windows
there will be, and Mr. Trump said the enclosures will be from the first level of apartments to
the 45th floor. On the 46th floor, the top terrace is open. Vice Mayor Thaler noted that
changing the tandem parking from 20/80 to 100% tandem parking, there will be no self
parking at that point, and Mr. Schulman said they will have valet parking only.

Vice Mayor Thaler moved and Commissioner Aelion seconded a motion for approval,
subject to staff conditions.
