Ms. Courtney Arena has worked for both public and private sectors and is familiar with the issues that affect both our <br />client's and the communities that are experiencing noise disturbances from a variety of sources. For this unique project, we have <br />added Mr. Bernard Kinney, Noise Expert, to our team who adds another level of expertise and experience in noise solutions for <br />high density population areas in South Florida. Ms. Arena and Mr. Kinney have collaborated on projects in the past and have <br />established a solid working relationship. <br /> <br />Our team has expertise in Noise Monitoring, Computer Modeling and Noise Abatement Design, Engineering Services, <br />Standards and Specifications, Construction Management and Public Involvement. Our project team also includes AVT, Inc. who <br />will support the team in the specialized computer modeling application. This company is also capable of providing the acoustical <br />treatment, noise control, and sound isolation products. A VT specializes in providing sound isolation services including testing, <br />design and engineering, material acquisition and installation. <br /> <br />Stanley Consultants is also experienced in Skate Park Design Services. Mr. Kopatz, our Landscape Architect and Urban <br />Designer, has worked on skate park and plaza designs.
