<br />City of Sunny Isles Beach, FL - RFQ 12-04-04 <br />Dispute Disclosure <br /> <br />Limiting our response to claims within its South Region arising out of the performance of professional services, and <br />excluding claims such as those arising out of the use or operation of motor vehicles and the employer/employee <br />relationship, AECOM Technical Services, Inc. responds as follows: As with any large architectural, engineering, and <br />related services company, AECOM Technical Services, Inc. ("AECOM") is, from time to time, involved in claims and <br />litigation, many of which involve third party personal injury and property damage claims. Nonetheless, based upon our <br />current knowledge and belief, there are no such matters in litigation in which AECOM is adverse to City of Sunny Isles <br />Beach, FL, nor any outstanding final judgments against AECOM. AECOM has, however, been involved in the disclosed <br />litigation related to the performance of professional engineering, design, and construction services in its South Region <br />during the past five years. This list of claims excludes (i) subsidiaries of AECOM and (ii) claims involving personal injury and <br />property damage claims not otherwise connected with the claims identified below.
