STAFFING <br /> <br />Attached please find a firm organizational chart with assigned staff, resumes of key personnel and <br />individual licenses. <br /> <br />Ifwe are selected for this project we will assign Ms. Laura Perez, RA as the Principal In Charge/ <br />Project Coordinator. Ms. Perez will be the point of contact for the City. Depending on the type and <br />quantity of the assignments Mr. Peter Thomas, RA will act as the project manager and Mr. Remigio <br />Garcia will assist with the Construction Documents and Construction Administration. Additional <br />Architectural, CAD, Estimating/Scheduling and clerical personnel can be assigned as required by the <br />project. <br /> <br />For this proposal we did not include sub-consultants since it was for Architecture category only. <br />Ifrequired we can utilize the sub-consultants we have used on our previous projects with included <br />SRS Engineering, Inc. for Structural/Civil and Fraga Engineers, LLC for MEP.
