<br />programming and design services for approximately 60 schools totaling over 25 million dollars in Construction Cost. Scope of
<br />work included new construction, remodeling and renovations projects, which induded dassroom space, administration, media
<br />center, auditoriums, offices, cafeteria, re-roofing, ADA upgrades, life safety, maintenance repairs and other educational areas.

<br />Miscellaneous Construction Inspection Services Contract with MDAD 2001-2010 As the owner representative LMP was
<br />responsible for daily monitoring and field reports, conducting meetings, preparing meeting minutes, review and approve all
<br />schedules, pay requests and change orders, and overall construction administration for the 10 projects at Miami Intemational
<br />Airport totaling over 150 Million Dollars. (Total Fee 3.5 Million)

<br />Miscellaneous Architectural Contract (DCAD): 1998-2002 we have provided architectural consulting, programming and design
<br />services for approximately 10 projects totaling over 7 million dollars in Construction Cost Scope of work induded new construction,
<br />remodeling and renovations projects, which included window replacement, painting, terminal remodeling, office remodeling and other
<br />aviation spaces. (Total Fee $500,(00)

<br />Park and Recreation Experience 2006-2012
<br />Chapman Field Center - Scope of work consisted of new kayak launch dock, vehicle and pedestrian bridge, pedestrianlbike
<br />path and parking. Scope of work included extensive environmental design and mangrove mitigation.
<br />Kendall Indian Hammocks Park - Scope of work consisted of the design and construction administration for a new field
<br />center, storage building and parking lot at Kendall Indian Hammocks Park. The 3,000 SF field center induded concessions,
<br />meeting room, office, storage space and restrooms. The storage/maintenance building included offices, break room and
<br />various storage bays. The project also included the addition of 60 parking stalls.
<br />Tropical Park Equestrian Center Scope of work consisted of the master planning, programming, design and construction
<br />administration services for the expansion of the existing equestrian center. Phase II expansion indudes new parking, new
<br />50,000 SF covered warm up horse show ring, renovation to existing uncovered ring and new sound system for the rings and
<br />staples.
