<br />gymnasium, locker room, showers, stage, office/guidance, classrooms and concession/food court.
<br />Mr. Thomas also has individual recreational project experience having completed various
<br />gymnasiums at Miami Country Day School and Ramapo College

<br />Mr. Thomas also has extensive parking garage experience having completed various garages
<br />such as St. Louis Condominium, One Tequesta Point, Courvoisier Courts, Brickell Financial
<br />Center and Lincoln East Garage.

<br />LMP has provided design and construction administration services for over 20 addition,
<br />remodeling and renovation projects and over 75 miscellaneous remodeling/renovation projects for
<br />Miami Dade County Public School including but not limited to Hibiscus Elementary, Flamingo
<br />Elementary, Kenwood Elementary, West Homestead Elementary, Cutler Ridge Elementary Air
<br />Base Elementary, North Twin Lakes Elementary, Allapattah Middle School, Miami Lakes
<br />Educational Center, Palm Springs Middle, Dorsey Educational Center, Amelia EarhartlHialeah
<br />Middle, Leisure City Elementary, and Lindsey Hopkins Educational Center totaling over 80
<br />) million dollars in construction cost.

<br />LMP has provided design and construction administration services for Miami Dade College
<br />completing over 15 projects at various Campuses including but not limited to a 250 seat computer
<br />courtyard, LEAP Program Build-out, the School of Entertainment Technology Remodeling, Early
<br />Child Care Facility, Testing Center Remodeling, Art Gallery Remodeling, Computer Courtyard
<br />Remodeling, Presidents Office Remodeling, library remodeling, Student Services Remodeling
<br />and Vision Care Remodeling totaling over 15 million in construction cost.

<br />LMP has also completed Construction Inspection and Administration Services for over 10
<br />projects at Miami International Airport under our 3.5 million dollar CIS miscellaneous contract.
<br />Projects included Concourse A Phase I, Central Collection Plaza, Central Chiller Plant and
<br />Midfield Fire Rescue Station. As the owner representative we observe all construction activities,
<br />and administer the construction. Our staff monitors the construction progress, attends all meetings
<br />and reviews schedules, change orders, work orders and pay reqs for all projects totaling over 145
<br />Million dollars.

<br />LMP has also completed Phase I and II of the 2,500 seat Multi Purpose Stadium Complex at
<br />F.I.U & the Turnpike Snapper Creek DesignlBuild Fire Rescue Station and Turner Guildford
<br />Knight Correctional Facility for Miami Dade County. We have also provided full architectural
<br />services for Jerry's restaurant, lounge, kitchen and food preparation facilities at St. Petersburg
<br />Airport and the expansion of existing bar/lounge and the new Island bar at Sanford Airport.
