Scope of <br />) work included new construction, remodeling and renovations projects, which included classroom space, administration, media <br />center, auditoriums, offices, cafeteria, re-roofing, ADA upgrades, life safety, maintenance repairs and other educational areas. <br />(Total Fee 1.5 Million) <br /> <br />Three Miscellaneous Architectural Contracts (Miami Dade College) 2000-2008 we have provided architectural consulting, <br />programming and design services for approximately 10 projects totaling over 10 million dollars in Construction Cost. Scope of <br />work included new construction, remodeling and renovations projects, which included classroom space, administration, media <br />center, auditoriums, and child care facility. (Total Fee 1 million dollars) <br /> <br />Miscellaneous Construction Inspection Services Contract with MDAD 2001-2010 As the owner representative LMP was <br />responsible for daily monitoring and field reports, conducting meetings, preparing meeting minutes, review and approve all <br />schedules, pay requests and change orders, and overall construction administration for the 10 projects at Miami International <br />Airport totaling over 150 Million Dollars. (Total Fee 3.5 Million) <br /> <br />Miscellaneous Architectural Contract (DCAD): 1998-2002 we have provided architectural consulting, programming and <br />design services for approximately 10 projects totaling over 7 million dollars in Construction Cost. Scope of work included new <br />construction, remodeling and renovations projects, which included window replacement, painting, terminal remodeling, office <br />remodeling and other aviation spaces. (Total Fee $500,000) <br /> <br />Seaport Redevelopment Project (Construction Managers) 2002 - 2005. As part of the Haskell Construction team LMP was <br />responsible for Cost Estimating and Quality Control Inspections for over 30 projects totaling over $110,000,000. Mr. Garcia was <br />the lead estimator and Quality Control Inspector.
