Perez and <br />Associates, Inc. I have worked with Ms. Laura Perez and her staff over the past five years <br />completing several projects at Miami Dade College. LMP provided design and construction <br />administration services for a new Early Child Care Facility, remodeling of Testing Labs and <br />remodeling of the Art Gallery. All tlu-ee projects totaled over 5 million dollars in construction <br />cost. <br /> <br />The design portion for all tlu-ee projects were completed in a timely manner and the projects <br />came in below the budget. During construction, LMP displayed excellent administration skills <br />and kno\vledge of construction as shown in their low percentage of errors and omissions.
