<br />Calvin, Giordano & Associates, Inc. (CGA) is pleased to submit our Statement of
<br />Qualifications to provide professional consulting services for the above referenced project.
<br />
<br />CGA is a local, well-established multidisciplinary firm with offices located in Fort
<br />Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, Orlando, and Homestead with great familiarity in providing
<br />landscape architectural services to the City of Sunny Isles Beach. For over 75 years, our firm
<br />has been providing consulting services exclusively to the South Florida area. Beyond having
<br />experience in providing exceptional solutions to the City of Sunny Isles Beach, we also have
<br />served as consultants for several municipalities throughout the region, including the cities
<br />of Hollywood, Miramar, Miami Beach, Weston, the Delray CRA, and the towns of Davie, Bay
<br />Harbor Islands, and Surfside. In addition, we continuously serve various governmental
<br />agencies including the Florida Department of Transportation. Lastly - and pertinent to this
<br />project - we have extensive experience in permitting projects with the City, Miami-Dade
<br />PERA (former DERM), and numerous state and federal agencies. Collectively, these
<br />demonstrate our ability to effectively and continually satisfy our governmental and
<br />municipal clients with high-quality services.

<br />We have carefully reviewed the scope of services to be provided for this contract, and we have
<br />selected a team of qualified professionals possessing the diversity of skills to meet the objectives of
<br />the City of Sunny Isles Beach in this park design project.
<br />
<br />If selected, CGA, located at 1800 Eller Drive, Suite 600, Fort Lauderdale, Florida, will be the
<br />responsible office for this contract. The undersigned will serve as the Principal-in-Charge of
<br />the proposed project, and Tammy Cook-Weedon, ASLA, RLA, LEED AP, will serve as Project
