<br />engineering services provided by the Chen and Associates team that contributed to the
<br />successful planning,design, permitting, bid, award and construction administration of
<br />the South Pointe Phases 3, 4, & 5 Right-of-Way Improvement Project in Miami Beach,
<br />Florida.

<br />The Project Scope of Work includes improvements to the stormwater colleclion and
<br />disposal system, including construction of twenty-one (21) gravity wells and pump
<br />station, water distribution system, lighting, roadway reconstruction. roadway milling and
<br />resurfacing, signage and pavement markings, landscaping, and irrigation.
<br />
<br />The City of Miami Beach can always rely of Chen and Associates for their
