(d) that the Pier have a restaurant; <br />(e) that there be a "catwalk" area around the perimeter of the restaurant; <br />(f) that there be a 16 foot cross section to traverse the area of the Pier; <br />(g) that an observational area be considered to accommodate fishing, bait and tackle; <br />(h) that a bench/seating area be considered in the walking area of the Pier; <br />(i) that the Pier have an area that flanges out at the end; <br />(j) that the Pier have an area for Ocean Rescue and Police personnel on the upper <br />level of the restaurant; <br />(k) that the entrance to the Pier have adequate light and visibility; <br />(1) that the entrance to the Pier have handicap access; <br />(m) that the Pier be open to the general public, including residents and tourists; and <br />(n) that consideration be given to a possible lighthouse element, either at the front of <br />the Pier, or offsite, depending on cost and functionality. <br />Section 3. Effective Date.
