OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br /> SUNNY ISLES BEACH, FLORIDA, ("CITY") APPROVING A <br /> SETBACK VARIANCE TO CONSTRUCT MONUMENT SIGN FOR <br /> THE MANSIONS AT ACQUALINA; PROVIDING THE CITY <br /> MANAGER WITH THE AUTHORITY TO DO ALL THINGS <br /> NECESSARY TO EFFECTUATE THIS RESOLUTION; PROVIDING <br /> FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING FOR REPEALER; <br /> PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> I. RECITALS <br /> WHEREAS, LPLA Partners, LLC (the "Applicant") is seeking approval to construct a <br /> monument sign on the parcel to be two (2) feet and six (6) inches from the front property line <br /> where six (6) feet is required, and has submitted a variance application (Application No. PZ2017- <br /> 01) to the City of Sunny Isles Beach, Florida requesting the following: <br /> 1.
