ZONING REVIEW <br /> The plans reviewed are on file and may be examined in the City Clerk's Office, and are <br /> entitled "Acqualina Resort & SPA/The Mansions/The Estates Sales Gallery", prepared by <br /> Law's Architectural Signs stamped received January 31, 2017 consisting of 2 sheets, and <br /> a survey consisting of 3 sheets prepared by Fortin, Leavy, Skiles, Inc. stamped received <br /> Jan. 31, 2017.PIans are subject to revisions based on comments provided by zoning staff <br /> of the City of Sunny Isles Beach. Plans are subject to modification. <br /> 1. 265-56.A Monument Signs: DOES NOT COMPLY. <br /> (5) Setback: six feet from right-of-way, 20 feet from side property line. All signs <br /> shall meet the sight safety triangle requirements under this Code. <br /> Proposed: DOES NOT COMPLY: Two and a half feet from right-of-way. <br /> However, it proposed more than 20 feet from side property line and is <br /> located outside of the sight triangle. <br /> 2. 265-63.1. - Sign ordinance variance. <br /> C.
