Section 1. Approval of Agreement. The City Commission hereby approves approve the <br /> Economic Development Transportation Project Fund Agreement between the City and FDOT, <br /> for the North Bay Road Emergency/Pedestrian Bridge Project,in an amount of Five Hundred <br /> Thousand Dollars ($500,000.00), attached hereto, in substantially the same form, as Exhibit "A". <br /> Section 2. Authorization of the Mayor. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute said <br /> Agreement. <br /> Section 3. Authorization of the City Manager and City Attorney. The City Manager and the <br /> City Attorney are hereby authorized to do all things necessary to effectuate this Resolution. <br /> Section 4. Effective Date.
