The Applicant is proposing a Community Center consisting of a five story multi-use <br /> building. The community center consists of a main worship area, a Montessori pre-school, a social <br /> hall,and a private restaurant. <br /> Requests: <br /> 1. Pursuant to Section 265-18 of the City of Sunny Isles Beach Land Development <br /> Regulations, the Applicant is requesting site plan approval for a multi-use community <br /> center which contained a total of 42,499 square feet. <br /> 2.
