The purpose of this memorandum is to provide a recommendation concerning Aware Digital's <br /> pass performance on several contracts that they have performed over the last 2 years. The U.S. <br /> Army INSCOM Technology Application Division's first contact with Aware Digital occurred back <br /> in May 2010 when they were awarded a contract for the design, manufacture and delivery of a <br /> specialized system capable of recording, storing and archiving interrogation video files. <br /> 2. During the process leading up to contract award we found Aware Digital to be very <br /> methodical in their proposal. They display a thorough understanding of the requirements and <br /> were exceptionally well informed during technical exchanges. The design that they presented <br /> was sound and displayed a high degree of creativity. The government was especially impressed <br /> with the organization of searchable fields and the security aspects of the archiving features. A <br /> ii congressionally mandated timeline caused the acceleration of the deployment and fielding of <br /> the systems. When confronted with this event they displayed a strong personal commitment to <br /> meeting this timeline. The systems were delivered on time and the quality of work was of the <br /> highest standards. In the 2 years that the systems have been deployed they have continued to <br /> provide outstanding technical support. This support has been available no matter the time of <br /> day and their technical staff has proven to be very effective and decisive in handling difficult <br /> problems. <br /> 3. Since that time we have had the opportunity of working with them on 3 other contractual <br /> efforts and on smaller Government Credit Card purchases and each time we have not been <br /> disappointed in the level and quality of services provided. Whether working with them on system <br /> designs, product purchases, training or technical support their performance has been <br /> consistently high and the results were always positive. I highly recommend Aware Digital to <br /> others who are interested in finding and dealing with a highly professional company whose work <br /> is of the highest quality. <br /> 4.
