There is a <br />Renewal Contract Clause which only allows a two percentage (2 %) yearly increase to continue <br />the services for the contract term October 1, 2011 through September 2012. <br />Please notify General Services Department, in writing, if you wish to continue this contract with <br />the City of Hallandale Beach at the same prices, terms and conditions. Your company written <br />response must be returned signed by the President of the company duly authorized to execute <br />for your firm, <br />Additionally, a Certificate of Insurance for the renewal period will be required.
