PROJECT SUMMARY <br />Application Number: Z2012 -11 <br />Application Summary: This project was initially presented to the City Commission on <br />October 19, 2006, the project was unanimously approved under <br />Resolution 06 -Z -104; the present submission is basically the same <br />design with some minor modifications in order to be in compliance <br />with new City and Fire Department requirements. The Applicant is <br />re- applying for site plan approval for a proposed development <br />consisting of two twenty -story towers on a garage /residential unit <br />pedestal base with a total of 230 units. Additionally, the Applicant <br />proposes an enclosed commercial marina building with 96 enclosed <br />dry storage spaces, 36 wet slips and an area for seven (7) boats in <br />dry storage staging. The Applicant is also requesting approval to <br />utilize 83,490 square feet and 46 units of Transfer Development <br />Rights (TDRs) privately owned by the Applicant.
