sTartLONK <br /> Patch Monitoring& smartLlNK will utilize a system that will monitor the operating system patch levels of known systems <br /> Management that run approved operating systems and are connected to the network. This includes servers, <br /> computers,and network devices. <br /> *Security Monitoring *smartLlNK will utilize a system that monitors security levels of all known systems. We have <br /> &Management Security Incident& Event Management systems along with prevention. <br /> Security License Content Filtering and advanced cyber security monitoring tools will be provided for each <br /> desktop, laptop,and server listed as part of the agreement for use during the term of the <br /> agreement. <br /> System Administration Basic system administration is included. Basic system administration tasks include such actions as <br /> resetting passwords,assisting with basic shared folder creation and the associated permissions, <br /> creating and removing users from the user directory, adding a printer to an existing workstation, <br /> minor software updates,etc. <br /> Help Desk& System or end-user problems,assuming the nature of the issue is not listed as an exclusion,will be <br /> Emergency Support handled in the most appropriate and expedient manner in accordance with the SLA, and are <br /> included in this Proposal. Nexigen will work with client to develop and implement appropriate <br /> procedures. <br /> In-Scope: <br /> o Screens <br /> o Connectivity <br /> o Program creation/management <br /> o Video content management(Self-service portal) <br /> o Data Analytics training <br /> o Wireless connectivity <br /> o Bluetooth device connectivity <br /> o Assign and configure IP addresses <br /> o Program creation/deployment Training <br /> Line of Business Includes procurement, maintenance and support, troubleshooting, and resolution of third party or <br /> Applications custom application issues is included on a best-effort basis.
