Mr Salisbury is a focused, high-energy and intelligent leader. As CEO,Jon's role consists of defining market vision in this emerging space, and ensuring that product development and operational teams are executing on that vision. Jon keys in on service delivery, solution design, and bringing new products and technologies to market in a responsible manner. Mr Salisbury is involved with community improvement programs like Tech Defenders,which train the next generation of cyber security warriors, and currently runs inside TAFT Cincinnati Public Schools, as well as city-wide wireless initiatives in multiple cities. Russ has over four years of experience on the Nexigen leadership team, including a strong background in working with Communities and Mid-Market Organizations.
