Tuesday, May 17, 2016 <br /> Is the cost of the required training to be included in the hourly bill rate or itemized <br />in the requested budget? <br />Training costs are the sole responsibility of the Vendor. <br /> <br /> Is there an estimated value for the contract annually? <br />No. <br /> <br /> How many unarmed officers would be needed, how many locations and how many <br />hours for each location? <br />See requirements in the ITB. <br /> <br /> What are the current hourly wage and bill rates? <br />$12.75. <br /> <br /> Can we have a copy of the last bid price and the name of the company you <br />currently have the contract with? <br />$12.75 and Action Labor Management. <br /> <br /> The bid calls for one price for security of ficer: Do you want this price annualized or <br />weekly? Is there an itemized list for all security positions required on this bid? <br />See requirements in the ITB. <br /> <br /> How many billed hours are currently billed? How many facilities? <br />Most current week billed was 210 hours. We will be signing these from our <br />corporate office in North Carolina. Can you send revised affidavit pages that do <br />not limit signatures to be in the State of Florida? <br />The Notary Public may lineout "Florida" and insert their state. <br /> <br /> Do you want the chosen vendor to consider employing any of the current guards? <br />If so, how much are they compensated and are they getting any benefits? <br />Not a requirement of the ITB. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />END OF SECTION
