Schedule of Events is hereby revised as follows: <br /> <br /> Item Deadline <br /> RFQ - Step 2 (Issuance) May 12, 2014 <br /> Question Deadline May 23, 2014 <br /> Responses by City June 6, 2014 <br /> Bid Packages Due June 30, 2014 <br /> Presentations by Proposers July 10, 2014 <br /> City Commission Award July 17, 2014 <br /> Contract Negotiations Commence on or after July 23, 2014 <br /> Notice to Proceed Within 90 days of Award <br /> <br />Each proposer will be allowed 30 minutes for presentations followed by 15 minutes for questions and <br />answers. The City will make available a screen and associated connections if needed. Proposers are to <br />provide their own electronic devices for the present ation. <br />
