<br /> <br />Addendum No. 4 <br /> <br />City of Sunny Isles Beach <br />GATEWAY PARK PEDESTRIAN ACCESS IMPROVEMENTS <br />CITY RFQ No. 13-08-01: Step 2 <br /> <br />To All Bidders: <br /> <br />Bidders for the above referenced project shall take note of the following changes, additions, deletions, <br />clarifications, etc to the Plans and Specifications, which in accordance with the Contract Documents shall become <br />a part of and have precedence over anything shown or described otherwise. <br /> <br />Subsection B Submittal, Paragraph 5. Price Proposal is amended to read as follows: Submit a signed, firm, fixed- <br />fee, performance-based price proposal for providing all professional design services, labor, permitting, materials, <br />equipment and other services and supplies necessary and incidental to construction with the firm’s design/build <br />proposal in a separate sealed envelope clearly labeled: “REQUEST FOR INFORMATION - RFP # 13-08-01 – STEP 2 <br />GATEWAY PARK PEDESTRIAN ACCESS IMPROVEMENTS PRICE PROPOSAL AND BID BOND”. The price proposal <br />should provide sufficient detail to allow a clear understanding of the cost of individual components and features <br />of the Project, as well as show Alternative Bid Prices as described in Section V, Subsection T: Landscaping – Bid <br />Alternative. <br /> <br />
