Response to Questions: How does the City process the 240 employee ACH items? When compared to the pricing sheet (3 month average) there seems to be a discrepancy in the number of ACH items originated (pricing sheet shows a 3 month average of 2 ACH items originated). The City does not currently initiate ACH direct deposit internally, this is handled by our 3rd party payroll processor. However, beginning October 1, 2014, the payroll function will be done in-house. Who is the City's current Armored Car Service Provider? When does the contract expire? The City does not currently have Armored Car Service but is interested in implementing this service in the near future. Please provide a detailed breakdown of the deposit composition. The deposit consists of bills (primarily 5's and 1's and to a lesser degree 20's, 50's and 100's) along with checks. There are no coins. What is the current annual spend on the 5 business credit cards the City currently utilizes? Credit Limit is $100,000 and current estimated annual spend is between $150,000-$200,000. Please include rewards and incentive programs even if the City is not currently eligible, this could change and we'd like to know our options. Is the City able to provide a current Vendor list in excel format (name, address, city, state, zip code) that would enable the proposer to perform a Visa Match?
