PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE/INVOCATION <br /> Action: Police Chief Maas led the Pledge of Allegiance to the flag and gave the invocation. <br /> 3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> 3A. Regular City Commission Meeting—May 18, 2017. <br /> Action: Commissioner Gatto moved and Vice Mayor Goldman seconded a motion to <br /> approve the above mentioned Summary Minutes. The motion was approved by a voice <br /> vote of 4-0-1 [Commissioner Aelion absent] in favor. <br /> 4. ORDER OF BUSINESS (Additions/Deletions/Amendments) <br /> 4A. Request to hear 5B—Sister City Signing Ceremony at the end of the meeting;Add-on: 10G <br /> —Resolution approving appointment of Victoria Cipriani to the City Advisory Committee. <br /> 5. SPECIAL PRESENTATIONS <br /> 5A. Police Department Promotions and Transfers. <br /> Police Chief Maas stated that Officer Willian Howell has been promoted to Police Corporal. <br /> 5B. Sister City Signing Ceremony with Punta del Ese, Uruguay. <br /> A Cooperation and Friendship agreement was signed by Mayor George H. Scholl and Mario <br /> Jafif, Mayor of the City of Punta del Este, Uruguay. <br /> 6. ZONING: Zoning Hearings are Quasi-Judicial Public Hearings. <br /> None. <br />
