ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION. The.Parties wish to include additional compensation to the <br /> Agreementfor additional professional services in an amount not to exceed Sixty Three Thousand°Four <br /> Hundred Forty Three Dollars and Seventy Two Cents ($63,443.72)'which includes.Eighteen Thousand <br /> Four Hundred Forty Three Dollars and Seventy Two Cents($18,443.72) for services rendered during the <br /> Fiscal Year 2016-2017, as more particularly described in Exhibit"B", a copy of which;is attached hereto <br /> and incorporated herein by reference,plus an additional Forty Five Thousand Dollars($45,000.00)to cover <br /> costs through the expiration of the Agreement in February 2018, bringing;the total contract amount not to. <br /> exceed One Hundred Twenty Eight Thousand Four Hundred Forty Three Dollars and Seventy Two Cents <br /> ($128,443.72). <br /> 2. OTHER PROVISIONS REMAIN-IN EFFECT. Except as specifically modified herein, all <br /> terms and conditions of the original,Agreement between the parties,dated October 1, 2016,. and attached. <br /> hereto as Exhibit shall remain in full-force and effect. <br /> 3. CONFLICTING PROVISIONS.
