<br /> Thank you for the opportunity to introduce Alpine Towing, Inc., d/b/a Galactic Towing, to the City of Sunny Isles Beach.
<br /> The President of Alpine Towing is Larry Saravia. He resides at 1040 Plover Avenue, Miami Springs, FL 33166, and can be
<br /> reached via his cell phone(24 hours/day)to 305-506-5798. Larry has been in the towing industry for more than 18 years
<br /> and has performed towing services for many Police Departments and Governmental Agencies. Yulexis Lluvet,
<br /> Vice-President, is Larry's partner and resides at 8859 NW 110 St., Hialeah Gardens, FL 33018 and can be reached by cell
<br /> phone at 786-399-0968. Yulexis has been performing services for many of the same Police Departments and
<br /> Governmental Agencies for more than 18 years. In 2014, Robert "Bob" Kay joined our team. He was the General
<br /> Manager for Midtown Towing for 25 years. He is well versed in the contractual requirements each RFP and RFQ
<br /> stipulate. Bob Kay resides at 1350 NW 154 Lane, Pembroke Pines, FL, 33028 and can be reached via cell phone to
<br /> 305-450-2309. The three of us make up the Key Personnel for this Contract. Together we have more than 60
<br /> combined years of experience to draw upon to professionally perform, maintain and supervise this RFP.
<br /> SAlpine Towing was incorporated on February 10, 2006, in the State of Florida and operates under Towing License#2656 in
<br /> Miami-Dade County and #T100022 in Broward County. Alpine Towing operates under the Miami-Dade County Local
<br /> Business Tax Receipt Nos.: 7484480; 7503273; and 7482435, and under the City of North Miami Beach, Business Tax
<br /> Receipt Nos.: 795393; 795719; and 795330. Alpine Towing purchased Galactic Towing in June 2012, which has been
<br /> located at 3500 NW 67 Street, Miami, FL 33147, since 1997. We have additional facilities located at 17528 S. Dixie
<br /> Highway, Miami, FL 33157 and 2214 SW 56 Terr., Hollywood, FL 33023. Alpine Towing provides towing services to
<br /> Road-Side Service and Insurance Companies, including GEICO, Agero and Tesla. Alpine also provides towing services to
<br /> Commercial/Private Property owners and numerous commercial accounts. Currently Alpine Towing performs more than
<br /> 650 tows per week and strives to meet or exceed the required performance standards and E.T.A. requirements of each
<br /> contract. In early 2014, Alpine Towing began providing towing services for the F.B.I., F.F.W.C.C., and in 2016 began
<br /> providing towing services to the El Portal Police Department and the City of Doral Police Department. This year Alpine
<br /> was granted a towing contract with the Miami-Dade County and the North Miami Beach Police Departments. We operate
<br /> 24 hours per day, 7 days a week running a fleet of 24 wreckers including Class A, B, C, D wreckers, and recently added a
<br /> 48-foot Landoll trailer.
<br /> Alpine Towing and the Key Personnel declare that this submittal and all supporting documentation are made without
<br /> collusion with any other person or entity submitting a similar proposal. Alpine is prepared to perform all duties as
<br /> outlined under this RFP and will provide all supporting documentation necessary to substantiate that each requirement
<br /> has been met.
