PROJECT SUMMARY <br /> Application Number: Z2012-14 <br /> Application Summary: The Applicant is applying for site plan review for a proposed <br /> development encompassing a 42 story, and 64 unit condominium <br /> with 222,245 square feet. The proposed project is intended to utilize <br /> the maximum 2.1 Floor Area Ratio (FAR) bonuses.
