The minor modification <br /> consists of raising the ceiling of the lobby by 12" affecting the overall height approved <br /> from 199'-0" to 200'-0". The Applicant has described that this modification does not <br /> affect the density, intensity, lot coverage, setbacks, and height change is within the height <br /> limitations.
