St.Tropez proposes to complete the next phase <br /> of its development in Sunny Isles Beach. At this time, St.Tropez has already developed a mixed <br /> use residential development with ground floor retail,named consisting of 286 residential units in <br /> two 20 story buildings and one 19 story building on approximately 2.904 acres located directly <br /> east of the above-noted properties. <br /> The next phase of the development calls for a 8 story office building containing <br /> approximately 55,000 square feet of office space to be located on the Collins Avenue property <br /> noted above and two additional mixed use towers containing 329 residential units in a 28 floor <br /> and 25 floor tower and approximately 5,300 square feet of ground level commercial uses to be <br /> located on the above-noted Sunny Isles Boulevard parcels. <br /> Our requests are: <br /> • <br /> • Modification of a previously approved site plan(Phase III). <br />
