Pictures and specifications from Yaroslav Lavitskas of the City's IT <br /> department. <br /> This proposal is using-the Miami-Dade Internal Services Department(ITD) Procurement award <br /> Contract Number: 9234-2/18-2 <br /> Blanket PO No: ABCW1600293 <br /> Award Title: Telecom Services, Equipment& Materials - Prequalification <br /> Contract: 04/01/2016 through 03/31/2018 <br /> Qualifications: <br /> Interlink shall provide a remote solar power solution for the Sunny Isles Beach wireless Internet project located at <br /> a lifeguard stand on the beach.This remote location does not have any AC mains power feed and as such the <br /> solar system will be stand alone DC only.The wireless equipment being deployed shall be provided by the <br /> customer, installed by Interlink and programmed by the City's IT department. <br /> The pilot project was completed on Lifeguard Tower located at 178th and Collins Avenue this past October. This <br /> proposal includes additional towers located throughout the City,for a total of 6 locations to be done at the same <br /> time. <br /> ASSUMPTIONS AND CLARIFICATIONS <br /> Due to the frequent inclement weather in South Florida the system was sized for an additional 5 days of reserve <br /> to help the batteries to recover faster and not fully discharge. <br /> Calculated Loads. The Planet ethernet switch has a full load of 161 watts. 31.9 watts with POE off and full traffic <br /> load.
