<br />Mr. Polak has served as Project Manager for programming, planning, design, construction docs and construction admin. for a variety of projects in both
<br />public and private sector. Specialized experience in new construction, renovations, additions and conversions for several types of facilities including multi-
<br />purpose/institutional and medical, housing developments, office buildings, historic structures, airports, restaurants, banks and hotels. Specific project
<br />experience is comprised of admin of the technical architectural operations at Chisholm which includes leadership and coordination of all projects.
<br />Approximately 23-acre park with a new design that includes walking trails, fitness stations, nature kiosk, fishing pier/
<br />observation platform, picnic tables, benches, restroom building with storage, landscaping and parking lot.

<br />Tamarac Sports Complex was completed as a design/build project for the City of Tamarac. Three new baseball fields with dugouts and
<br />bleachers, batting cage with artificial turf, sports field lighting, 5,000 SF concession building with second floor viewing area, kitchen,
<br />elevator, two new parking lots, resurfacing of existing lots, new playground with pavilion and safety surface, fishing pier, kiosk, outdoor
<br />hockey rink, exercise trail, walking path and concrete paving on a fifteen-acre site. Project Role: Project Director / Cost: $6M
<br />This project consisted of the design and construction administration for an 8,000-square foot recreation building inclusive of snack
<br />bar, arts and crafts, multi-purpose and game rooms, park manager and staff offices, park equipment storage rooms and toilet room
<br />facility. Project scope also includes addition of existing hallway lighting throughout the park and existing parking area photometric
<br />studies. Project Role: Project Director / Cost: $1.2M
<br />A 20,000SF Community Center Facility including a banquet hall, multi-purpose rooms, gym, as well as an aquatic area with a 25-

<br />This facility is the entry and focal point of Douglas Park. It will be constructed in an environmentally sensitive area (Contaminated) and
<br />on structural piles. It will consist of Multi-purpose space, administrative offices, snack bar / kitchen, public restrooms, park maintenance
<br />storage space, classroom and crafts spaces, NET office and multi-purpose outdoor courtyard. The project is in building permit phase
